When you participate in a Rhythms International Festival, your group will be exposed to a very positive atmosphere orchestrated by a group of highly qualified judges who’s main goal is to motivate your students to want to improve and continue in music for a long time to come. Mr. Dallas Niermeyer, is our Director of Music. He has set our standards and established the basic concepts and principles under which we govern ourselves. Mr. Niermeyer will also be responsible for the selection of the adjudicators present at all of our festivals and to assure you that all our adjudicators strive to achieve the same goal; a true educational music experience.
