overnight trips all over the U.S.

SAFETY
Maximum sets the pace in the teen travel camp industry by being
ACA accredited and by placing requirements on its staff that set industry
standards:
· Having all buses driven by professional bus drivers
· Having staff on all buses in addition to the drivers who are
free to properly supervise
· Only hiring staff members over 21 years old
· Only hiring staff locally
· All staff are interviewed face to face in our offices
· All staff are college graduates or are currently enrolled in
college
· All staff must have prior camping experience
· All staff are certified in CPR, first aid, AED & EPI pen
· All campers wear camp t-shirts daily for easy recognition
· On all overnight trips security personnel patrol from 12 pm
– 6 am daily so staff can sleep and all campers are well rested
and secure.
After a pick-up at home we're off to a day of laughs, thrills and
memories. The bus ride is a time for anticipation, bonding, sharing...
Since each day is unique, the activity of the day is discussed by the
counselors so that campers are familiar with plans for the destination.
This prepping helps us move quickly through ticketing, buddying up,
etc. so we can get on with the making of memories.
Although our campers are always in groups with counselors, they are not `locked' into the same group of kids and the same counselors each day. For example, groups are split up in amusement parks based on ride interest. There are groups who want to go on every ride in the park, groups for roller coasters only, groups who like the spinny rides, low level rides and arcades, etc. This philosophy means less time sitting out because a camper doesn't want to go on a ride. The constant change of counselors and campers in a group makes MAXIMUM TEEN TRAVEL CAMP a whole unit instead of a series of groups. This unique plan is most successful.
